The site, its design, and its content belong to Pipley or its licensors. Client names and marks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse site content commercially without permission.
Content on this site, including any figures, examples, or dashboards shown for illustration, is provided for general information and does not guarantee any particular business result. Outbound performance varies by market and many factors outside our control.
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pipley is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability relating to the site is limited to $100. Liability relating to paid services is addressed in the Client Services Agreement.
