Pipley ("we," "us") provides outbound lead generation and referral partner outreach services for businesses. This policy explains what information we handle and how, both on this website and in the services we run for clients.
Information we collect on this site
- Contact and booking information. If you book a call or contact us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, business name, email, and phone number.
- Dashboard access. Client dashboards use access codes. A short-lived session record is stored in your browser to keep you signed in; it is deleted when you sign out or close your session.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the site.
Information we handle when providing services
- Business contact data. To run outreach campaigns for clients, we compile publicly available business contact information (such as company names, roles, and business email addresses) from data providers and public sources.
- Suppression lists. Clients give us lists of parties who must not be contacted, and we honor them.
- Campaign data. We process sending, reply, and booking data to run and report on campaigns. This data belongs to the client the campaign serves.

We do not sell personal information.
Opting out of outreach
Every outreach email we send includes a working unsubscribe option. Opt-outs are honored promptly and added to a permanent suppression list. To opt out of all Pipley-operated outreach directly, contact us at the address below.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as email infrastructure, scheduling, hosting, and payment providers), with the client a campaign serves, or when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, subject to legal requirements. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
